3. KS4 Graduation Event

On Friday 4th December we held our annual Key Stage 4 Celebration Evening. This year it was held at Rockwood Academy and our awards were presented by our Interim Chair of Governors, Mr Amran Majid.

This was yet another very successful event, giving us an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of our former students who left us in the summer.

A range of awards were presented, including attendance awards, bronze, silver and gold achievement awards as well as awards for Academic Excellence and two awards sponsored by Ricoh for Excellent Commitment and Conduct.

Every year this evening gives us the chance to meet up with students and find out how they are getting on with their further studying. They always seem to have changed so much and grown into young adults over the summer.

These events take a huge amount of organisation and our thanks go to the staff involved in putting on such a fantastic event for us. We would also like to thank all of the parents and families who attended as they got to see their sons and daughters rewarded for all of their hard work and effort.
